We check that each component of the oven is not damaged and fully functional.

  We remove all racks, trays and shelves, also the hob pan rests, burner rings and hood filters. These are then placed in a non caustic solution in the diptank in the back of our fully equipped funky van. The dip tank is heated to a high temperature, with a natural salt solution. These components are left to soak for around 40 minutes.

  We then remove all control dials, doors and seals. Dials and seals are left to soak before cleaning. (In a non caustic solution mixed with warm water).

  We use a natural chalk based product which produces no fumes, smoke or repugnant odour. (This product allows the oven to be used immediately after the deep clean is completed).

  We split the doors to enable the cleaning of the inside glass panels . Once the door is thoroughly clean we reinstall the cleaned seals and rehang the door.

  We continue onto the exterior of the oven, including thoroughly cleaning the hob and extractor hood. Cleaned dials are reinstalled. The work area is then cleaned and hoovered so that no mess is left.
